Thanks to the different conformations of geographical territory the Mediterranean climate provide ideal grape-growing conditions. Italy offers the most diverse array of wines in the world with more than 2000 indigenous wineries: this is the source of Italy’s richness and strength.

Veneto
Prosecco Ardenghi
The vineyards, located at Refrontolo, 270 m.a.s.l., plunge their roots into well-structured, clayey soil on terrain set in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area: a zone strictly regulated by specific rules to guarantee a truly top quality product for admirers prepared to spread its excellent reputation.
From these luxuriant slopes Prosecco releases all its energy and enchantment with a lively vibrant flavour representing a terroir that has always been dedicated to attentive care of vines, in the wake of a long-established wine-making tradition.
Campania
Fattoria Pagano
The composition of the soil is predominantly volcanic, evidenced by the presence of elements such as pozzolana, small volcanic lapilli and stones that are collected and accumulated at the edges of the cultivable clearings. From the mixed volcanic, tufaceous and calcareous soil it achieves a good aging potential and a great minerality that distinguish the wine produced by limiting the need for chloride bisulfites. The clay has the property of retaining water and slowly ceding it to the roots, this is reason why there is no irrigation system.
Toscana

The property covers 80 hectares of which the majority are covered by forest, while the remaining part has been implanted in the vineyard and olive grove. The vineyard, lying on a light and sunny slope, occupies about 14 hectares. We grow indigenous vines such as Sangiovese, Alicante, Il Vermentino and Aleatico, and internationals such as Syrah, Merlot and Viogner. With about 5,500 vines per hectare, they are produced with a load of gems per vine and a coverage per hectare.
The company has a 700 kilowatt photovoltaic system (since January 2012, 2,441 MWh of energy was produced and 1.587 tonnes of CO2 were saved). We are used to collect rainwater, we use pellets for the production of heat, for years we have been making compost and we recycle. The vineyard is in biological conversion and we are expecting to receive the organic certification in the next two years
Sardinia

From the small hills that frame the company’s vineyards, the territory offers a splendid view of the island of Asinara. The crystalline blue sea, the long stretches of white sand, the Mediterranean scents and the flavors of native wines represent the visiting card of the town of Sorso where our winery is located.
The soil is calcareous and sandstone and rests on a sub-layer of volcanites and marls, offers indigenous grapes unique aromas and flavors in the world already appreciated by the Romans, the Phoenicians, the Greeks and the Etruscans who have always considered the suitable area to great wines.
