Invitation til winemakers dinner

Kære venner og bekendte,

I har nu chancen for at møde en af “mine” producenter, Alice Betella, der laver lækre bobler på champagnemetoden i Franciacorta i Norditalien. Hun er i landet i denne uge. I samarbejde med den italienske restaurant Ché Fè i København holder vi en femretters middag med hendes forskellige bobler. Imens Alice tegner og fortæller, sammensætter kokken en luksusmenu, der passer perfetto til vinene.

På fredag 12. december kl. 18.30-23.30. Fem retter, fem bobler, 595 kr

Sunday, October 12 from 12 am to 24 will be held at the restaurant Ombre Rosse (Borgo C. Tommasini 18 – Parma), a wine tasting of the consortium Diwinexport.

Italy Sends Its Best! – Toronto

Diwine Export is a group of 11 pan-Italian quality wine producers dedicated to promote the internationalization of their wine cellars. Their philosophy unites all the producers in the creation of value inevery single step of the production… from soil to bottle. The environment, territory, human resources, bio-diversity, rural beauty and hard wark are valued. We are fortunate to be joined by three lovely young dynamic winegrowers – Caterina Cravetto, Alice Betella and Debora Bonora.

This latter serves as adminstrator, (there will be a spelling and pronunciation test of their delightful names). Wines to be tasted will include the equally delightful and rare in Ontario – Diano d’Alba, Franciacorta, Freisa, Granaccia, Grignolino, Malvasia, Ruchè, Vermentino (Liguria),… Presented in collaboration

with The Italian Trade Commission of Toronto. Italy Sends Its Best!
